Can you diagnose my issue?
Yes. We diagnose and repair motor, controller, throttle, battery, brake and suspension faults, plus crash damage assessments. Your diagnosis fee is credited toward the repair when you book it with us.
Which service do I need?
General suits regular riders, Performance is for riders who push hard, and Race-ready is a full overhaul. Not sure? Choose any and tell us how you ride in the notes; we'll recommend the right one before we start.
How long will it take?
Most standard services are turned around within a few days, depending on parts and workload. We'll give you an honest timeline when you book, and we'll call before doing any work beyond the agreed quote.
Do I have to bring the bike in?
No. We offer pickup and drop-off across Melbourne: we collect your bike, do the work, and return it ready to ride.
