The electric dirt bike that started it all is back for 2026 and better than ever. The new Light Bee X has more power, a stronger forged frame and smart rider controls built in. It's quick and light, and it's equally at home on tight singletrack or open trails.
- 10 kW peak motor: 295 Nm of wheel torque, 0–50 km/h in 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 80 km/h
- 72V 35Ah removable battery: up to 75 km of range, and 20–80% charge in about 2 hours
- Forged aluminium frame: a new double-cradle design, with the whole bike weighing just 59 kg
- Upgraded suspension and brakes: 200 mm inverted front fork, multi-link rear suspension and forged 4-piston brakes
- Smart ride tech: wheelie control, adjustable regen braking, three throttle settings and Sport/Eco modes, all set from the Sur-Ron app
All E-motos are fully insured during transit and come with tracking information so you can monitor your order every step of the way.

Warranty claims are handled by our support team and servicing workshop.
Where can I ride it?
Off-road Sur-Rons are for private property and designated off-road riding areas. They can't be ridden on public roads, footpaths or bike paths. Rules and penalties vary by state, so check your local regulations before you ride.
Can I register it for the road?
ADR-compliant models, like the Ultra Bee HP ADR, can be fully road registered. Some states also offer recreational or conditional registration for off-road bikes on approved land. Ask us which option suits how and where you want to ride.
Do I need a licence?
You need a motorcycle licence and registration to ride on public roads. Licence requirements for off-road riding vary by state, so check with your state's road authority.
Can I take a test ride?
Yes. Test rides and in-person inspections are available at our Armadale workshop for Melbourne customers, subject to conditions. Book a time with us before you visit.
Will it arrive ready to ride?
Yes. Every bike is assembled, checked and test-ridden in our workshop before it ships or is collected, so it's ready to go when it reaches you.
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes, collect from our Armadale workshop at 4 Hampden Road. We'll walk you through the bike before you leave.
Is finance available?
Yes. Contact us for finance options and repayments.
Who services it?
We do. Our Armadale workshop handles servicing, repairs and warranty work for Sur-Ron bikes, with home pickup and drop-off across Melbourne.
Can I upgrade it?
Yes. We stock performance parts, batteries and accessories, and build custom bikes in-house.
